You will own marketing. You have to be able to make decisions and defend them rationally when questioned. • email marketing • advertisements • sponsorships • competitive CS • reactivation of one of the largest user pools on the market • creating anew, not just repeating what you did at your previous place What we're looking for: • Veteran of the CS gambling ecosystem, internet culture, and the community around both. • Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs on each. Having ran accounts successfully in the past a massive plus • No data-driven paralysis. No "let's wait for the verdict from data". If you know how to market, you know what to do and the data proves you right in retrospect. Not the other way around. • You will not have a team, you will have people you respond to, with you being entirely responsible for your own actions and outcomes. 1 man marketing team, not a middle manager. Good applications state your relevant background to the role & heavily demonstrate what you have executed. Nobody cares about just a CV, nobody cares about you being "good" at something without any contextual proof or something to show for it. Indicating ideas and plans also welcome.
